Sapetrol operates fuel stations in Saudi Arabia, and maintenance across a network of sites is difficult to keep visible from a head office.

The system turns every fault into a ticket attached to a specific station, so nothing depends on a phone call being remembered.

Work is assigned to crews and tracked to closure, which makes it clear at any moment what is outstanding and who holds it.

Reporting runs on top of that record, giving management figures on response and completion rather than impressions.
